WhiteJar sponsors the TeamItaly, the italian Cyberdefenders’ Team who will compete at the European Cybersecurity Challenge in Vienna on 11 September.

WhiteJar, the first Italian Ethical Hackers Community, has chosen to support CyberChallenge.IT, the advanced training course for Cybersecurity promoted by the National Cybersecurity Laboratory of the CINI (National Interuniversity Consortium for Informatics), and TeamItaly, the Italian Cybersefenders’ Team, because WhiteJar wants to play an active role in the growth of young cybersecurity talents in our country.

For WhiteJar, investing today in the training of tomorrow’s professionals is a forward-looking choice and a key step towards ensuring greater protection of organizations, institutions and private citizens from cybercrime.

TeamItaly is made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 24, selected among the best classified students during the national Cyberchallenge.IT competition held last 30 June in Turin. This event saw a total of 204 participants from 34 Italian universities and institutes. For years, TeamItaly has been a fixed presence on the podium of international events, where it has demonstrated excellence in both the fields of attack and cyber defense, which characterizes competitions such as the European Cybersecurity Challenge.
